Step 3: Schedule Installation<\/strong><\/h1>\n

After sending your completed Pre-Install Checklist, call 714-581-5999<\/strong> to schedule an install. Depending on the service you purchased, you can have 2 or 3 consecutive days of in-person installation & training with your CNC Factory technician. Each day is a 7-hour day, so if our technician arrives late due to travel delays, we will extend our stay or work overtime.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

For virtual<\/em> installations only, days can be non-consecutive.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Technician Hours<\/b><\/p>\n

9AM-4PM Pacific\/Central<\/span><\/p>\n

10AM-5PM Eastern<\/span><\/p>\n

**A 30-minute, uninterrupted lunch break is required from 12PM Pacific\/Central or <\/span><\/em>1:30PM Eastern.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n

What to Expect:<\/span><\/h2>\n

Day 1:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  • Technician will align, setup, test and program the machine (about 4 hours)<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Safety & Maintenance training<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Day 2-3:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Basic CNC Machine training<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Additional things to prepare:<\/span><\/h2>\n

      \"\"Pattern\/program files for execution<\/strong><\/p>\n

      We recommend cutting the design of your actual product on days 2 or 3, while our technician is available to guide you.<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      \"\"Availability of your operator<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Make sure all the people who will operate your machine are present during the training.<\/span><\/p>\n

       <\/p>\n

      \"\"Communicate any upgrades you want installed<\/strong><\/p>\n

      If you have extra items for set up (e.g. drill blocks, label printers), let us know in advance so we can bring the right tools for installation.<\/span><\/p>\n

      \"\"Scanning the user manual<\/strong><\/p>\n
